Easy Java Simulations, also known as EJS or Ejs

Easy Java Simulations authoring toolkit suited physics simulation
a couple of months back, Jul 19 2011 i received a Google Alerts for easy java simulation that was interesting that i wanted to share.

Softsea.com reviewed  Easy Java Simulations and gave it a 4/5 stars!
given that there are other good research grade tools for simulations but none gives the user that kind of control as to what complex simulation is possible, i would have given Easy Java Simulations a 5/5 stars.

i decided to add on to the review which is pretty much the same content as on Paco's wiki page, which i co-authored some of the content.

Easy Java Simulations, also known as EJS or Ejs, is a free authoring application written in Java that helps non-programmers create interactive simulations in Java, mainly for teaching or learning purposes.
A program tool (java code generator) designed for the creation of discrete computer simulations.
A discrete computer simulation, or simply a computer simulation, is a computer software that tries to reproduce, for pedagogical or scientific purposes, a natural phenomenon through the visualization of the different states that it can have. Each of these states is described by a set of variables that change in time due to the iteration of a given algorithm.
All this means that EJS is a software that helps you create other programs; more precisely, to create scientific simulations.
Running EJS on Windows or Mac OS and Linux ( yes, it was left out in the review by Softsea.com)
Simply double-click on the file EjsConsole.jar. Tips: Add a shortcut to your desktop. Windows explorer will often hide the extension ".jar".
Ejs Console has three tabs: Basic options, Advanced options, and Output area. You can minimize the console window, but it cannot be closed while EJS is running. However, if you check "Minimize the console" under Basic options, it will start minimized the next time that you launch EJS. But beware: Some error messages may appear in the Output area of the console. So check that tab, too, in the case that your own simulation would not launch as expected.

SoftSea.com had fully tested and uploaded the install files, Easy Java Simulations does not contain any adware or spyware, the latest version is 4.3.3.1, you can download this software (16.54 MB) from special server of SoftSea.com.

The license of this software is Free, you can free download and free use this application software.
