Event: MOE Professional Forum on Research and Practice (Poster Presentations)

Congratulations on the successful completion of your SSTRF projects!
2. The Research Committee and Professional Learning and Growth Committee of the Senior Specialist Council (with support by PDM secretariat) are organising the MOE Professional Forum on Research and Practice. This year, the forum will feature 4 presentation sessions, a panel discussion on professional practice and a poster session (during lunch).
3. Principal Investigators of all SSTRF projects completed in the 2013 cycle are invited to present their findings at the MOE Professional Forum on Research and Practice to be held on 9 Oct 2014, 0930-1540 hr at AST Auditorium. An internal evaluation committee (comprising senior MOE researchers) has reviewed 11 completed SSTRF projects and selected 3 for slide presentation and 8 (including yours) for poster presentation.
4. I would like invite your research team to prepare a poster to be presented at the MOE Professional Forum on Research and Practice. We would also like to invite you and your team members to be present at the poster presentation to explain your projects and to engage the audience. The programme and information on the MOE Professional Forum is given in the attachment.
6. To help in the poster preparation, colleagues from CRO have prepared a Poster Template (see attached) which you could use, if you wish. The poster is of the standard A1 size. My colleague, Kalthom, can help you print the poster if you send us the softcopy before 22nd Sep 2014 (Monday).
7. Please let us know if you and/or research team members will be able to be at MOE Professional Forum on Research and Practice to share your findings with the audience. We think they will learn much from you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
