Parking: MOE staff can park within eduLab@AST. However, if all free parking lots are taken, the security guard will direct you to park at nearby Gillman Barracks (hourly charges apply). You may also refer to the attached doc for map and alternative parking suggestions. However, do set aside about 10 min walking time if you have to park at other places.

MODEL-BASED COLLABORATIVE SCIENCE INQUIRY

The Learning Community explores the implementation of computer-supported collaborative inquiry activities for learning Science at all levels.

MOBILISED LEARNING

The Learning Community embarks on designing lessons for learning in field studies, inquiry-based fieldwork and outdoor learning. Diverse practitioners’ professional experiences are built on to escalate students’ learning outcomes in learning beyond the confines of the classroom.

Engage in a participatory dialogue session with our invited Learning Community teacher champions at the primary, secondary and JC Science levels!
Learn about opportunities for teachers in our signature ICT programmes!

Objectives:

• To encourage professional discourse between the teacher leaders regarding Science Based ICT practices and research
• To encourage cross school networking and collaboration
• To share existing resources (experiences, lesson packages and research literature) with the Science teacher leaders
• To encourage learning community members to contribute and strengthen communities through various channels
