sciberdiver.edu.sg reborn in oersg?

since sciberdiver.edu.sg is no available and it was a collection of links to open educational resources #OER, it could live on and be curated when i can create simple #JavaScript simulations on.

Good idea? anyway this is my own OER link, we also licensed the spreadsheet under similar license of Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike 3.0 License.

1. created a spreadsheet with updated links
2. wrote script to test if website is working 200 means ok!
