Open Invitation to collaborate to create new simulations

You may already know that Singapore's Ministry of Education has been awarded the UNESCO King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa Prize for the Use of ICTs in Education for the works on Open Source Physics at Singapore (OSP@SG) project. OSP@SG has to date customised 300 Easy JavaScript Simulations and 200 Tracker video analysis & models to help teachers bring real-world physics concepts into the classroom.

ETD has also develop 14 Primary Math simulations under Senior Specialist Research Fund, SSTRF_2017_ETD_3 Explore-Useful Learning Math Apps
  1. Primary School Numbers from 1 to 100 for learning of properties such as Odd, Even, Multiples and Factors JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model
  2. Telling Time JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model
  3. Mass or Weighing Scale Model JavaScript Simulation Applet HTML5
  4. Nets of Cubes and Cuboids or Rectangle Blocks in 3D WebGL JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model [6]
  5. Net(s) of Square or Rectangular Pyramid in 3D WebGL JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model[7]
  6. Speed for Primary Mathematics of 2 Objects between 2 Towns by Sze Yee
  7. More than Less than Question Generator JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model
  8. Target Math Addition Game JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model, based on Card Game from Theresa Heng
  9. Comparing Fractions JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model
  10. Add and Subtract Proper Fractions JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model
  11. Volume of Tank Simulator JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model
  12. Symmetry Block JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model
  13. Symmetry Letter JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model
  14. Symmetry Shape JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model
ETD also can develop Science simulation
  1. Photosynthesis JavaScript HTML5 Applet Simulation Model
What ETD need usually is links to suitable simulations that you need but is not quite customised to the Singapore Syllabus, with a working simulation on the WEB and your inquiry based worksheets using simulations, will speed up a lot of design and development work.

Hope this email is useful for you :).
