Toggling the combo box will give you their respective sliders

Drag-able Boxes

You can drag the two boxes vertically to adjust their position

(Default)

(Dragging the Cyan box down/Red box up)

(Dragging Cyan box up/Red box down)

Toggling Full Screen

This can be done by clicking anywhere in the panel twice.

Play/Pause, Step and Reset Buttons

Plays/Pauses, steps and resets the simulation respectively.
