Venue: National Junior College, 37 Hillcrest Road, Singapore 288913 (link)

Teachers-in-charge, independent jurors, and school jurors are required to enter through the main gate. Please ensure you bring a proof of identity (such as an MOE civil service card, school ID card, or organization ID) in case you are asked to present it by security.

 

 

1. Your schedule for the day is as follows:

You have also been allocated to be a juror for the final fight from 3pm to 5pm.

 

Do note that this schedule may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure that you remain contactable via the mobile number that you registered with us.

 

If you are unable to make it for any of these sessions, please inform us immediately. This way, we may arrange for a suitable replacement before the event.

 

2. As head juror, you may also need to refer to the Juror Matrix to check which jurors are expected to be in your room. You may refer to the following document for the Juror Matrix:

I want to express my gratitude for your offer to review the formulas in the Cat A SYPT Google Sheet. In response to your request, I have provided the following two links for your inspection. Please be aware that the formulas are intricate and heavily interconnected across various sheets. But we are confident that the formulas are now accurate after the fix that Wei Hao did.

MOE CAT A Master scoresheet for NJC admin 2024: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jnRsLDcYKJEuXp14Yg3Wg4sXzWSsJHS8a8HpftU9olo/edit#gid=159200609 This sheet will be utilized by the Ops Room to tabulate the results. Please note that this version has been refined based on the corrections identified in the Cat B sheet. We have incorporated Cat A data such as Juror, School Team, and Student Names, making it ready for use on Saturday, February 24th.

If the scores in this sheet do not align with the MOE sheet, we will cross-verify with NUSH and RI scores independently before announcing the results at 5 pm.

This approach ensures that the same errors encountered in the Cat B sheet will not recur in Cat A.

Please note the formulas are complex and also highly dependent across other sheets. We are confident that the formulae are correct now.

Note that this version has benefited from the correction detected by Cat B sheet. We have added the Cat A data such as Juror, School Team, Student Names, so it is ready for Saturday 24th Feb.

This is our plan to ensure the same error in Cat B sheet will not happen again in Cat A.
