email that shows Open Educational Resources / Open Source Physics @ Singapore is widely used?

Thank you for reaching out regarding the use of the Solar Panels and Tilt Angle Optimization simulation for Changkat Primary School’s 60th anniversary event. This simulation was originally developed under my time in CPDD and is now maintained by me in ETD. I are glad to receive news of continued use of this interactive.

You can download the simulation file here:

(Unzip the file and open the HTML file to run it offline.)

For reference, the simulation is also catalogued here:

Please feel free to use the file for the event as needed by MOE or SUTD. Let us know if any further assistance is required.

About Open Educational Resources / Open Source Physics @ Singapore

This simulation is an Open Educational Resource (OER), meaning it is freely available for anyone to use, adapt, and share at no cost. OERs are designed to promote accessibility to quality educational materials and foster collaboration in learning communities. In fact, many of these interactives have been uploaded or embedded into the Student Learning Space (SLS) since its launch, thanks to previous colleagues who refreshed the MOE Library and Community Gallery (CG).

Licensing and Usage

The simulation is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 Singapore License , which allows free use, modification, and redistribution. The only requirement is to credit the original creators when using or sharing the resource.

I appreciate your efforts in promoting sustainability and education and use of the interactive through this event.
