Is it possible to change the title of Senior Specialist Track Research Fund to Senior Specialist Track Project Fund?

 Is it possible to change the title of SSTResearchF to SSTProjectF? 

The reason behind this request is that we intend to utilize funds for developmental projects. These projects involve developmental costs related to prototypes, applications, and web-based systems, which are highly beneficial. Additionally, I have been instructed to conduct further "research for knowing" concurrently. This leads me to question whether our objective is to become specialists, experts in a specific field who excel in both practical application and knowledge acquisition, or researchers, experts in uncovering general principles of "reality." In my opinion, changing the name could communicate our focus on conducting useful research for practical implementation as well as knowledge attainment. It is important to strike a balance between rigor and the applicability of research for practical purposes.
