Removing Private File Permissions for Users in Site Administration in Moodle

# Dashboard
Go to https://iwant2study.org/moodle402/my/1. Click on Site administration
2. Click on Users
3. Click on Permissions
4. Click on Define roles
5. Click on Edit
6. Type "file"
7. Uncheck Allow to as many checkboxes that look like you want to disable
8. Click on savechanges
9. login as a student and Click on username say sw
10. Click on Profile
11. Note the private files are disabled
